Shocking service. I am a premium subscriber and have been for a long time but now Im sitting with a PVR decoder that has no PVR functions because they are blocked and dstv tells me they don't know why it's block. They gave me a case number and said I must call back which I did but no luck its been three days now with paid services but no service. If I wasn't on price lock I would cancel my subscription today. I'm not happy at all dstv must be held accountable for this.
