After taking out pricelock deal, I missed a payment in April 2021 and was told I needed to pay R3760 for me to be reconnected which I still haven't been able to pay because I simply don't understand how did it come to that amount and even the agents from their call centre can't even explain it too. Now they've handed me over to some debt collection agency that keeps harrasing me with calls everyday with calls demanding an outrageous amount of money that they themselves can't explain what's it for after hearing the matter.

18 Jul 2021, 15:38This has been said all over and over again but absolutely nothing is been done about this matter, even when I call the call centre I am out on hold until my airtime is finished. I kindly request that someone is assigned to this matter and contacts me so this matter resolved.
