I have been calling dstv for a refund more than six times I am told they are charging showmax even though. Today I was told I was only getting a refund of 180. I’ve been on premium for years and have watched showmax before the change came when they sold me internet package and all of a sudden I must pay showmax because I didn’t call them to connect. I find this very funny as I have never had to call and connect if they don’t refund my money I will stop dstv for good and move over to Netflix. The trouble with DSTV is not worth my money. And the call center agent left on hold for almost 20 min
