DSTV debited my account for a decoder that I never use. On the 16th they promised to refund me within 2-5 days. They did not. I complained on Friday and they promised the funds were going to reflect today (Monday) in my account. Nothing has come through. I have proof of all correspondence with them. Since the 16th they have failed to pay back what they owe me. I have other unpaid debit orders because of this inconvenience.
