<p>So they decide to disconnect my decoder, and tell me I owe 400 after paying 300 a few days ago, and the 400 is because I didn't read the terms and conditions, like really? So I was suppose to ask for the terms and condistions from the installation guys ? Since they work at DSTV and install dishes why don't they have the terms and condistions handy? Now I am being prejudiced? For what? **** service from the call center as well, pathetic explanation,

We advised that the amount paid was to cover subscription from the date of activation to your next payment date on the 25 of February 2017 and it is for this reason your service was disconnected.
Your service has been activated on the DStv Compact Package and the billing and the amount to pay advised.
