Hi my account is ***9 i changed my decoder because my other active decoder was broken now i am owing R339.96 .How is that possible cause all i did was switch decoders this is ****************. I am on access package and i do not understand what is going on . I always pay on the 28th but today it seems my account is deactivated for whatever reason . This is unfair. Check which decoder was active cause on my app it was one . There is no way i am paying for services i did not use
