Multichoice reconnected my second decoder without my knowledge. They debited R1296 from my bank account. ****************. I'm so ****ed off.

I explained that I have two decoders and only one is working. It is on Compact. The second decoder has never been used and I have been paying for one decoder since January.

It has always been INACTIVE on my self-service app. Why have they activated it now in May? That's my question.

Does the Compact package cost R1296. I want my money back.
