We have been paying for 2 separate DSTV decoders at home, one is my room and one for the main house. It has been over 3 months now, we've been paying for both but the on one on my room has not been activated at all. This is not good at all. I want this sorted and for all the months that we have been paying for yet no activation was done, what will happen to that money? Will we be refunded or you will just ignore it?
