This company are a group of ******s and they will do anything to get every cent out of your pocket. daylight ******s these ones. in Feb I made a call to change payment date for my package and I was quoted that they will charge me R124 to change a date from 31st of every month to 7th of every month. I then decided that no that's too much I will continue paying 31st. Then in Feb they've been sending me sms'es that I must pay R124 which I didn't agree to, I called them and said "guys I did not agree to the changing of date as the changing fee was unreasonable" the Agent said that must have been an error and promised to have it rectified, So I continued with my usual payments on a normal dates and never missed a payment. Out of the blue last week the SMS nightmare came again and I ignored to call their call centre because the Agent said it was an error. Now they have disconnected my package and also added R174 while I have just payed R399 few days ago. Since when does Compact costs R574?
