Daylight ******* by DSTV

I have a pricelock account with DSTV as well as a internet router and haven't been able to pay my account for the past two months.

Now despite me not having being able to view and use the internet I notice that my account now owes R4212.. how is this possible? How can I be expected to pay so much money for the services haven't used for 2 months
