Daylight *******

In 2024 September Dstv offered me an explorer on a price lock then unfortunately I lost my job but still I was able to pay R1421.00 but there was no reconnection then I couldn't pay from November until March because I wasn't working then in April I paid R1 823.00 and I was reconnected without any hassle n couldn't complain about the fee because I thought it was because I stayed long without paying,May I paid R530 without any complains as my due date is on the 7th of every month...then boom now they say I must pay R1 900.00 and that is my monthly subscription...hell NO I can't be paying this much for a compact and why now in June I must pay that much while in May I paid R530.00 can someone explain this to me,this is a daylight ******* and I wanna cancel it cause I have already paid R500 on the 7th and now they have blocked my channels...how do I cancel this?
