Multichoice is robbing me,I never paid my dstv knowing I am not gonna be around for a month now on 28th May I wanna pay since I maybe at my place before 7th and Nomthandazo from Multichoice is telling me I owe for May.How so,if I dont pay they disconnect to top things she tells me I will have to pay for June again on the 7th. WHEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE WITH CONTACT CENTRE THEY SAID I MUST PAY R219 plus R50 connection now I dont understand how I owe multichoice R208 plus June payment.

We do apologies for the inconvenience you experienced in this regard.
DStv service is a month-to-month contract - when you pay your subscription, the contract for that month is fixed.
We confirm that your service was disconnected due to non-payment on the 12 May 2015.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to inform MultiChoice that they will not be using the service for the upcoming month. Should this not be done the customer will be liable for the amount accumulated on the account.
We've now implemented a tool to schedule your upgrades, downgrades or suspension of services .You may phone us or use self-service at any time to request the change, which we will implement on your next payment date.
According to our records your invoice date (pay date) is on the 7 of every month.
Please refer to your personal e mail address for detail pertaining to the billing on your account.
Thank you for taking the time to point out our service failings. As we continually strive to improve our service, feedback such as yours is extremely valuable.
Your support, and that of all our customers, is important to us.
