Day ******* by Multichoice...very bad service

I'm very angry and disappointed a out dstv multichoice dstv..I have been with them for more than 10 years and this how they thank me..I got 2 recorders that I was told it was locked together to make one account,and everytime when I called them they will something against me,this monthend I was expecting them to take money through debit order wich they failed to do so,I therefore made payment same day to avoid charges,but they charged reconnection fee and told me that I've cancelled contract and charge a lot of money..I'm supposed to pay 200 only account but I end up paid R360...wich is day ******* wich is my consumer right...they failed to provide me with proof of all cancellation contract that i joined...I was told that I will be called by supirvisor that never did that...I'm not gonna leave this matter like this I need answears and my money back..I'm taking this issue with consumer protection and my lawyers..and I also demand directors to call me in thi issues My contact is *** Tshetlego Moabi
