Day light ******* with Dstv
Hi so I bought an explora early November my subscription is 349 adding the explora amount 449 I payed 580 on the second of December since den my account has been disconnected twice demanding me to pay amounts that even when I call the agents they dnt k ow what's it for... AL I the only 1 experiencing this... Like their service is discustingly poor I feel like I need to be payed back my money n they can keep their service realy

Kindly note, we have gone through the billing of your account and these are the findings. There are just a few things that you need to bear in mind, please. These are, that your payment date is the 30th of every month; Compact cost R399.00 with the PVR functions being R95.00 monthly; and that Dstv is billed in advance not in arrears.
With that being said, your second payment on the 2nd of December was late and insufficient and thus your services were disconnected.
The R40.00 payment made after this, also didn't take reconnection fees into account and for this reason that services kept being disconnected.
As it stands, your account is up to date and your next payment on the 30th of December will be in the amount of R474.60, then R494.00 monthly thereafter.
