Day Light ******* (Useless Billing Department)

On the 14th of June 2015 I made a payment of R132 to Multichoice via Payu and obviously there is no proof of payment from PayU. Up to today that money hasn't reflected on our account. I emailed [Email Removed] and was asked to send proof of payment and since I didn't have it I went to PayU and they gave me all the references numbers that show I paid and I forwarded this to Multichoice and I kept on getting this response:

Dear DStv customer,

CASE NUMBER: ***

Thank you for contacting the DStv Billing and Collections Team.
Please be advised that your query cannot be resolved as we have not received the required proof of payment/receipt.

The DStv Billing and Collections team

I explained that I only have the reference from PayU and even PayU asked them to call them to Confirm but instead Multichoice sent this response:

Thank you for contacting the DStv Billing and Collections Team.

As advised, we require the payment confirmation, as an attachment, not something that you have typed out.

The information provided is not sufficient.

I then sent them my bank statement but now they totally ignoring me! ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS FIGHTING WITH THEM FOR MY R132 !!!
