DAY LIGHT *******! STAY AWAY FROM DSTV

Must be the worst company in the world! *********** staff, the worst customer service and WHY do they get away with *****ing your money! I bought a Compact Streaming package on the 22 December 2022 with my Debit Card. To date, I have not been able to watch 1 minute of streaming with my package. The agent has the audacity to tell me I have to pay January's money which is due on the January 25.

I have sent through my bank statements and screenshots of their own website showing that my package has been paid and been allocated to me account. Yet there are no channels!

Just give my money and get lost!!
