Day light ******* by Dstv Multichoice.

I can't believe this Dstv Multichoice sent me this message "Feel every moment with DStv! To stay connected, please pay R429.00 before 03/10 using ref. no ***6. To pay: payat.io/dstv/***6. or dial *120*68584#" then I payed the mentioned amount usind the link provided to me then few days later they swit h my dstv off when I lodge a call to them they are telling me that this is not my reference and I must send a proof of payment I made to this reference number ,but I used the link given to me by them when I send them my statement as the proof they don't want it .so I realy dont know what they want ontop of that they are repeating over and over same stories but we still paying but know what are they doing its a day light *******.
