DAY LIGHT ******* (Another billing Nightmare)

I just had a bad experience with multi choice, I have a bad experience before with billing from multi choice and I decided to pay directly to multi choice from the Pick n Pay outlet since 2018, when I pay at the pick n pay they always advised me what is outstanding and I would pay for the service. To my surprise I currently owe R1063.25 to get my account reconnected, what happened was that I decided not to pay for November as I did not need the service , I received an SMS confirmation stating that I was disconnected and I should pay R553.71 to be reconnected, I called them today to enquire on my reconnection, I was on the phone for 45 minutes (I have the recording)so mush for TCF, I did not get any joy with the consultant after 45 minutes on the phone, I then requested to speak to a Team leader/Manager - There was no one on the floor to assist me - What a pathetic service and also told that this is an inbound centre and they don't call back.This is after wasting 45 minutes on the call with my airtime and being told such nonsense.

How have you been receiving money all this time if you guys have my fnb account which is closed since 2018 as you have been collecting and I accumulated interest? Why should I pay for a service I did not use in November? I was disconnected, I have confirmation of the SMS and also I did not pay you guys but yet again are requesting for me to pay (No wonder we have retrenchments at multi choice)

I want an amicable solution for wasting my time and I think I should consider Netflix as it seems like this is a waste of my time with multi choice.If this is not resolved today, don't consider me as your customer anymore.
