Day light *******

Dstv is a day light *******, am on compact package and indebt order for 7 years now and I was paying R499with extra view . December the was a black friday deal explora with compact package I toke 2 black Friday contract and from January I started paying R998 a month for 2 explora extra view 2 explora link to my old explora and the other is explora link to HD until now. 3weeks back i took insurance for my 2 explora of which is R35 per decoder. 2 weeks back I insurance another explora and HD of which is R35 + R20 My problem now is I receive an SMS stating I must pay R1230 is for what cos when I call no one is helping me they say is my outstanding balance , how come I have an outstanding balance becouse they debt every month from my account for 7years now .I was expecting to pay R998 +R35 +R35+35+20 and prorata of R12 +22 of which is not making R1230 if u calculate . Please help me am day light ******
