Day light *******

I'm very much disappointed at multichoice dstv there was a lady who called offering me a wifi router coz the way they explained everything it was fine then boom I got the router after that I checked the balance it was 297 then all of the sudden it was 844 how come coz they said to me it is going to cost 439 including my dstv access of which I paid 1st before I can get a router so it means for February I'm billed 600 instead of that 439 they told me about pls multichoice stop robbing us
