I have paid the R429 on the 3rd and the have disconnected my services and have added showmax and pvr to my account without my consent. This seems to be an on going thing. every month i need to complain but it seems as if is going to deaf ears and all they do is chow our money. they disconnected my account on the 08th of June. I spoke to their consultant and reactivated my services immediately. however to my surprise on the 10th of June they disconnected it again and spoke to their agent and assured me that he will escalate the issue since i was in credit with R-121 and the should be having a picture in 24 hours, but its been 10 full days and no picture and no one has consulted me. 10 days without viewing but their amount has been paid in full with the credit of R121. This is day light *******. If they constitution allowed us we should have their company arrested. As this is theft and I demand that they refund me my money along with the credit balance
