Day light ******s

I paid R200 beginning of the month and they didn’t open even a single channel today they tell me that I owe R423,27 how come shouldn’t I be owing the remaining balance whc I didn’t use? They are milking us money day light ******s mxm. And I also asked them to change my date of payment whc they didn’t do. Do we really need such bad service in South Africa ?
