Day light *******

Multichoice keeps charging me for internet but contract ended in december , now i am told to pay R180 to cancel the internet, why must i pay that? they gave me a bill of R442 and i paid it saturday, my decoder was working now this morning i owe R1115. this is daylight *******. i am so dissapointed with these people
