Dave's installation multichoice partners pathetic

I purchased an explorer from you. As per instructions I called the installer closest to the house which is Dave's Installation in Saldana, Cape Town. I made arrangements with installer for 2pm today 26/04/2018 as I had to travel in. On way to Langebaan get a mail from installer stating that it's raining in Langebaan and roofs are wet so they cannot work. When the mail was received it was approximately 1.30pm.I had just entered Langebaan and there was no rain, I called installer who then called me back stating that and I told him that it's not raining then he tells me it was raining at 11am. I then told him that it's not raining now and roofs are dry and I asked not to raise his voice at me as I will go fwd with speaking to dstv and multichoice about this, he said I can do whatever I want. I have also attached pictures of roofs at 1.30pm when apparently it's raining.
