I received a new price increase for DSTV Premium 2024. Currently I pay 994.00 per month. The new price for 2024 is 929.00. I queried them but they say that I have an access fee of 115.00 per month as this is for functionality for to pause, rewind etc on the decoder. The decoder is mine to begin with AND I DO NOT SEE THAT AN ACCESS FEE FOR DECODERS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THIS FUNCTION., If I have not seen this in the pricing, I apologize to DSTV if I missed this, We have lost Show Max because the 2D Explora is not supported, can so anyone explain this FEE. Much less viewing but we have to pay more or alternatively buy a new decoder. The help desk was not able to assist- can't say the word - but why do I have to pay for useless functionality. Not all of us rewind, record etc. Please can anyone with the grey stuff help me. I no longer have Show Max - decoder is not supported - were consumers advised of this - Would like to know what others think about a FUNCIONALTY FEE. Netflix HERE I COME.
