Data won't connect!!!

Where do I start with this platform every single month I am going through the same **** with dstv the same complaint.. my router is not connecting it only connects to the night data at 00:00am now tell me what am I going to do with data at that time of the night... It's been a whole week and I don't have access to data that I paid for on time...

Don't even get me on the consultants does dstv actually train them they are so clueless it's frustrating.

I need this sorted ASAP as I am working remotely from home. This is getting out of hand, can't wait for my contract to end I am done with this platform.
