Data Walka 7 - eliminated

I switch on my walka, only to find out that it no longer works. I called the contact centre, who informed me that dstv has eliminated the walka service. There has been no communication or awareness done informing clients about this. So what do I do with my device ? Also I paid 1600 for the device only to receive a 500 takealot voucher, not even cash. This is the worst experience and feeling. People must be compensated better.
