Data problem with multichoice
Hellopeter. I have a problem with multichoice on the internet that they sell through providing you with data and your subscribtion is deducted as one with your channels one. I have paid my subscribtion about about two weeks ago but i still have no internet, it has been my daily task to call them everyday with no assistance instead very *********** consultants kept on giving me false hope or clearly lying tome saying it will be fixed in 24hrs or i have just escalated your query. I write this review still without internet that i paid fo and its not being provided.

13 Nov 2022, 12:18I dont believe anything at this stage because it took the multichoice team more than two weeks and all this time without notifying or communicating with me as a cleint who is being hard done.
Now that we are in a situation where i have already lost about two weeks of using the same data package i am now left with two weeks before the next payment date where if i dont pay the same service will be cut again. Will you people have a solution to time and resources lost while seeking other mean to of connectivity yet i had a contract with you and i for that matter kept my part of it?
