DATA NOT LOADED
Every single month I have to do this.. come onto Hello Peter and write that I my data has not been loaded its been 6 days now and we are still waiting, we working for home and that's the reason for us having this data.. you are causing us hell of an inconvenience every single Month.. GET THIS SORTED ASAP!!!!

24 Jan 2023, 21:16I would have expected a phone call immediately after seeing my complain seeing that its not the first time I am complaining about the same issue.. I even loaded 10gb on the 17th of January until now I haven't utilized it because it says connected without internet!! I am extremely angry!!! I am expecting this to be sorted tonight.!!!

The hello peter team called me on the 25th and said it would be loaded and promised to call me on the 26th to check, until today he has not called me back like he promised. Sorry to say this all DSTV employers are useless and can't assist with nothing. WHEN IS MY DATA GOING TO BE LOADED IT'S 7 DAY LATER SINCE I PAID MY SUBSCRIPTION AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING, I HAVE NEVER REGRETTED JOINING ANYTHING IN MY LIFE THEN DSTV, HORRIBLE SERVICE YERRR!!! WHATS FRUSTRATING IS THE FACT THAT I CANNOT CANCEL IT, YET THEY ARE IN BREACH OF THE CONTRACT I SIGNED THEY ARE NOT COMITTING TO THE CONTRACT OF SUPPLYING ME WITH DATA YET I HAVE TO PAY A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WITH NO SERVICE IN RETURN!!!! IT'S A **** AND **********!!!!!!
