I am appalled by the multi choice service, it is beyond terrible, I have been asking for my data to be topped up since Sunday till today no one of your useless, untrained staff was able to assist me including your so called supervisor

One last conceding matter is that the staff LIES including supervisors, I was promised a call yesterday(Bathandwa) y and this morning( Oreneile) I spoke to Jade 15 minutes ago and asked for a manger, he made me wait for 30 minutes until I hang up from exhaustion and listing to the painfully agonizing music.

I don’t expect much from this complain really, I am just taking a chance. ☹
