I signed up for a DSTV Explora for R899 a month on DPP plan and the first decoder was not functioning well since I received it in 03 December 2015 and I phoned several times and send many emails trying to resolve the issue. I went to the multichoice agency in Soshanguve in January and I was told they can't replace it as I have to wait for 60 days for them to be able to change it and give a new one. As the issue persisted without resolution 60 days passed and I went back to the agency and they were able to replace my explora however the decoder which was given to me is also not working. And now when I call them again explaining that multichoice agency in Soshanguve can't replace the current decoder because they can only do so after another 60 days, they say that I must go to Centurion to replace it. But why is this the case because I never ordered a damaged explora, multichoice must just come and take the damaged decoder and give me the working one. This issue has been going on for too long and even today am still sitting with a damaged explora, but yet I pay my monthly fee.

Regards,
Codlick
