Damaged Decoder Ref ***

Hi. My decoder was damaged by lightning on 03-12-2015 & I reported it on the 04-12-2015. their reference no is *** & they were supposed to sort this within 24 Hrs. A gent contacted me at 16H20 on the 7th or 8th Dec 2015 & promised to call me at 08H00 the next morning & I am still waiting. I sent a message through their rating services & still no joy. I am insuring my decoder from 1992 & this is the first time that I am claiming for something. It seems like they are totally ignoring me.
