Dstv is just making money 💰 out of us poor people. I January 2024 I was told I am owing R3400 cos I miss the payment that cos R569. The closed my dstv. Now they say I must pay R1440 to be reconnected. And when I join their useless so called new show max they double debit me instead of R79 they charge me R140

Please note that the reason the system reflected an amount of +R3000.00 owing, it was because your DStv contract was auto cancelled by the system due to non payment.
However your DStv contract was reinstated after you contacted the customer care and the cancellation charges were reversed.
The account now has an amount of R1250.14 due immediately to reconnect your services. Please find a break down of amount due.
R64.20 - overdue amount for the period from 29/10/2023 till 28/11/2023 as you made a short payment of R504.80 instead of paying R569.00.
R109.00 - overdue amount for the period from 29/11/2023 till 28/12/2023 as you made a short payment of R460.00 instead of paying R569.00.
