Cut Off with No Notification or Invoice
I received a phone call from Multichoice and get told conversation is being recorded.

I then get told that my services have been cut. I was not aware of payment due and received no invoice or notification. Not even a message on my decoder which I was watching the night before.

I then get told that even though I don't get an invoice, I am liable to pay on a certain day every month. Well Multichoice, I am (was) a yearly paying customer and always have been so that statement is nonsense! And since WHEN is anybody liable to pay for a service without an invoice?

I have asked for a recording of the conversation and will be taking this further. I am not interested in a re-connection. I want a recording of the telephone conversation and PROOF that you sent me notification of ANY sort that my account was due.

I get told to take my reference number to any Multichoice office (inconveniencing ME) and ask a representative to hear the recording of the conversation. However, I am not allowed to get an electronic recording to give to an attorney? This cannot be lawful in my opinion but I will be seeking advice.

I am disgusted. Seems Netflix may have just gotten a new client.
