Cut off on a due Date not after a due date

Dstv cut me off on a due date which is today 28 March 2023(why didn't you wait for the 28 March 2023 to lapse prior cutting me off?) now your demanding R50.00 reconnection fee.I made a payment on 28 March 2023 and found that I was disconnected(when I phoned the customer service, I was told that I need to pay a reconnection fee. I am not gona pay a reconnection fee while you have disconnected my account on a due date, though I paid. Every month I pay on the due date and had never experienced any cut off on a due date.
