Cut off for the 3rd time in less than a week and i am told I owe them even though I pay via debit order that goes off monthly and never missed payments .
Cut off again for the third time in less than a week and when I check the balance I am told I owe R619.33 from where??? I hate this up and down and when one calls a call takes the whole hour. what is happening with Dstv.

09 Aug 2021, 10:14@dstv I am still waiting to be contacted or given feedback, I am always getting smses to say I didn’t pay my account while a debit order goes off monthly, you open the service abs cut it off again and send me an Sms that I list pay a certain amount, what is wrong with your system? I can’t catch up or use PVR services.
