Cut off due to ineffective processes in YOUR business- unbelievable!!!!

My service was disconnected because my debit order happened on a Saturday, and "didnt reflect" on their side, which "sometimes happens". This is ridiculous, a service provider that gets paid thousands from millions of subscribers cant process a debit order on a Saturday?????!!!!
