Cut my service even after confirming account is paid up

DSTV confirmedon this forum "According to our records, your DStv account is paid up till 31 December 2018. The next annual payment is dated 01 January 2019" yet they stopped my service on 06 October 2018 and made me pay for the next 12 months again before reconnecting my service.

DSTV still owes me over R115 from my previous recon, which they have just ignored. Now they have another credit for Oct 2018 to Dec 2018.

Multichoice is *****ing from South Africans and taking the money offs****.
