CUT DSTV FOR WHAT

Good day i have been trying to geld hold of dstv, you go and send me a msg and cut my dstv telling me im in arears, i took out a price lock package for R584, and my debit is schedule for the 02nd of every month, its the ****en 29th August and you ****en cut my dstv sending me a ****en msg that i owe R659, where the **** do you get this from and then a person cant get through to your lines
