customer's rights violated

my dstv was disconnected on sunday morning

I logged a call to find out the reason

The first agent Sandiso released my call never called back. I find that very rude

The second agent Khensani just told me about an outstanding balance and did not explain why.

Third agent Nqobile explained there was a reversal and an outstanding amount to be paid because of box office. I queried that there was no communication for the outstanding balance.

I make all payments via eft on the last day of the month.

she further explained there was a reversal from my payment on their side for box office this is why now i was cut off

I am furious as my rights as a customer were violated. I was not made aware of this and now I cannot view because there is an immediate payment required to get reconnected.
