Customers made to pay forp romotion that ended 2months ago DStv and Pep Store

This is complaint with regards to DStv. They had a promotion for R799 which includes compact, installation & 1Month compact. I bought that special on 12Oct at Pep Mams Mall. When I went to get my account and channels activated, Shadrack who works at Dstv activation told me that there is no such special and I have to pay R271 to open my channels. I then went back to Pep and spoke to Solly who said he wasn't aware that there is no such special. He advised that the billboard has been put by DStv and he is not aware about any additional fees to he paid. Today I called *** and spoke to Phumeza (dstv call center agent) who didn't know about this special, she promised to transfer the call to acting manager Mark but to my surprise the call was then transferred the call to Bongi (floor assistant) who advised that the special ended on Aug 2019. So how come Pep store still has that billboard in their shop for a special that ended 2months ago? Seeing that I am the customer, I refuse to pay the activation of the channels, DStv must open up my channels as per their promotional billboard until 31 Oct 2019 then they will sort the matter out with Pep store. I want both parties to assure me that my channels will be active until 31 Oct 2019
