Customer unfriendly service.
Struggling with Dstv!!! They have suspended my services in spite of having paid. Money was misallocated, even though they can see it in their account, and having sent POP, they want it in PDF format. Have sent it through now they are quiet. What about the inconvenience of not enjoying a service I have paid for but denied to enjoy?
