I recently had a misfortune of dealing with *********** customer support agents. For the past seven days i have been calling to get a subscription issue resolved (in particular Showmax) none of the 15 people i spoke to over the past 7 days were able to resolve this. One cannot carry on paying these exorbitant fees for such dismal service. An alternative is necessary, save yourself the hustle and explore other options that provide better value for money.
