CUSTOMER SERVICES PATHETIC

Disgusting services always offered from Multichoice. Call center agents are unprofessional. Constantly get put on hold for long periods and no help received and with one query many calls have to be made. Multichoice does not have measures in place for customer satisfaction. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER AS I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. Although my account is not in arrears I get disconnected. This is the reason as to why people have now turned to Netflix instead of DSTV. Its hassle free and we don't need to deal with call agents that don't even know how to do their jobs properly. HIGHLY IRRITATED.
