<p>hi there.</p> <p>I would just like to state that the DSTV call centre is completely useless when it comes to assist with dish connectivity. You firstly hold on forever to speak to someone who tells you to do exactly what you have been doing for ages and still no help. The funny part is when they tell you to take the decoder in for check up at a repairer when nothing is wrong with your decoder. ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!</p>
