Customer service Suck!!!

DSTV customer service suck!!! you have a load of people answering phones, not interested in sorting out the problem. I have an account query, but your operator Ayanda doesn't feel like working today so she told me to hold. Well I've been holding for 43 minutes now. At least she listens in every few minutes to hear if I hung up. This is not the first time this happens. I'm so sick and tired of DSTV!!! It always is a hassle to get anything sorted out. All of a sudden my Account is R105 more than usual, but with their customer service I will probably never know why and I will not pay it either, so, Good bye DSTV!!!
