Customer service "Pathetic Services"

Dstv customer service is PATHETIC. The agent that work there do not appreciate their jobs. I have been calling this pathetic company for assistance.to no avail. I have actually constantly run out of airtime trying to resolve the issue with the channels. Today I .was put on hold for more than 15min, actually muted for the latter part which basically meant to me that this guy could not or was not interested in doing his job. The last 2 agents that took my call need to understand what customer service is all about. Please call me to assist me as I am a very unhappy customer.
