every month I get a movie for free part of my rewards system. when I claim my rewards every month. this month I was charged for 2 movies instead of one and when i phoned the customer service the agent was adament that I rented the movie as I explained to her I get one movie for free on my BOX OFFICE she couldnt care less. The sms received from multichoice was CONGRATULATIONS MOVIE NIGHT ON US !! but I get charged for 2 movies instead of one !! you guys arew really losing the plot dont sent an sms to say movie night is on us and then bill me for it
