CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SOCIAL MEDIA - MUCH TO BE DESIRED

I sent a message on FB to ask the following question: ME: Do you offer package suspension if people are going away? What are the costs? FB PERSON (KK) - do you want to disconnect package? ME: am going away soon and don't want to pay for something I won't be using. So I need to know what to do. FB Person : Disconnection scheduled for 1 March. ME: No thanks, I am only asking the question. KK Please confirm you won't disconnect on 1 March! FB Person : Disconnection will take place on 1 March. ME: I don't want it disconnected. I was merely asking if it could be done. Confirm that you have not arranged for disconnection. FB Person : You will need to be specific next time & state clearly what assistance you need. Above you said you going away & you don't want to be paying for something you will not use, so make a decision & inform us of what you have decided on. ME: I said, I am going away soon and don't want to pay for something I won't be using. So I need to know what to do! WHERE in that message did I give you a date? I merely asked the question. So perhaps next time read more carefully before answering. FB Person : what is it that you would like us to do? ME : Nothing. I just wanted to know if this can be done and at what cost. That's it.

I have not heard back on the cost implications! Can someone tell me what they are, if any at all. Thank you
