Customer service non-existent; lack of communication from MultiChoice
After my last review, I was contacted by MultiChoice to discuss my query. I was hoping that something positive will come out. Lo and behold, I am disappointed yet again! MultiChoice does not communicate with customers; even after countless requests for feedback.
